It has one main restaurant of 535 square meters (4.800 square feet) overlooking the also renovated KARAISKAKI square, with the unique monument of the deceased Aviators. The restaurant serves buffet American breakfast and table-served lunch and dinner, with recipes mainly from the Greek cuisine.
The second restaurant is called VIRTUS, lies on the rooftop and is a beautiful contemporary piano restaurant. It operates a la carte with a rich card of local delicacies,
and grilled fresh meats and fish.
Dinners are accompanied by a carefully chosen wine card,
live piano music and singing and of course, the magnificent view overall the city of Athens including the Acropolis and the Lycabetus hill.
The Stanley has three bars.
Paolo's Bar is on the mezzanine floor, completely refurbished, with relaxing Jazz music, fibber-optics lighting and a wonderful view of the square.
The second bar, which is seasonally open, is on the rooftop, near the swimming pool.
A third bar, a Day Bar, was recently added to the existing outlets, in the hotel lobby.
Other outlets include the TV rooms, with satellite reception, the two hairdressers for ladies and for gentlemen and the jewellery store.
The reception desk is at the recently renovated entrance hall, with granite floors new paintings and decorations, and state of the art lighting and air conditioning. It operates on a 24 hours basis, and has money exchange and tours booking services.
The conference facilities include a room on the mezzanine floor, with a capacity of 200 persons in theatre style, which is also recently renovated with new lighting and air conditioning. Two more meeting rooms were added in the ground-floor, one Business centre for executive meetings, equipped with a PC, printer, fax and scanner, and another bigger meeting room seating 100 persons.
